Mustang Hockey Association (MHA) is a volunteer non-profit organization that has provided Competition and Recreational team opportunities for the youth in our Eagle River, Chugiak, Anchorage, and the Valley areas since 1983.  MHA relies on registration fees and fundraising to meet the financial obligation of our organization.  By supporting MHA, you help us keep the fees affordable for all of our members.

If you would like to become a member of our Booster Club, please complete  the document provided below. Simply select which team you're interested in sponsoring, how much you'd like to donate, your  pertinent company information, and turn in the document with donation to the team Treasurer, coach, or the MHA Office Manager. 

Red Line Sponsors ($1,000 or more)                                                  

• Acknowledged on large sponsor banner at the Harry J. McDonald rink
• Recognized on the MHA web site including your business link & tournament programs (see sample below)
• Thank you sponsor plaque from MHA (House) or Team (Comp)

Blue Line Sponsor ($250 to $999)                                                     

• Recognized on the MHA web site  (see sample below) and tournament programs 
• Thank you sponsor plaque from MHA (House) or Team (Comp)

Team Sponsor (Any amount up to $249)
